I decided to start a blog on how living a healthy lifestyle can be fun, easy, and affordable. As I was laying in bed last night and thinking about what to call this blog, I pulled out my dictionary and discovered the indo-european root for health is kailo. Kailo has a pleasant ring to it and it communicates what I want this place to be about: taking steps toward healthfulness. It doesn't have to be hard; this is my clipboard of notes on healthy living.
