Now, in my adult years there has yet to be a winter where I haven't craved a peppermint mocha. This year, I tried making my own healthier version so I could still indulge without the guilt. Simply create your coffee as you normally would--pour coffee, add cream and sweeten it up. Then I added 2 small spoonfuls of organic hot cocoa, and about 3 drops of peppermint oil. Voila! Peppermint mocha without any weird syrups or artificial-ness! Happy Kailo Christmastime!
