It's that time of year again...did you start your garden yet?! Even if you don't have a yard, I bet you have a window you can use. All it takes is a little motivation, so here are (at least) 2 great things about gardening:
- It can be a form of exercise.
- It encourages healthy and creative eating.
Now it's time to go plant something!
