While jumping on his bed, my 2-year-old declared to me that he was exercising. It was a proud-mom moment for me...not because he was jumping on his bed but because he realized that exercising does not only happen at the gym. It can happen in the everyday fun things that we do with friends and family.
If only we all just got up on our beds and started jumping...it might do us some good.
