7 "healthy" things to stop doing


  1. Chewing gum loaded with artificial sugar.
  2. Drinking diet soda (drink Zevia if you must).
  3. Putting Splenda in your coffee.
  4. Falling for words on packages that say "light", "low-fat", "sugar-free", "all natural", or "organic".
  5. Using anti-bacterial soap/hand sanitizer multiple times a day.
  6. Obsessing about calories.
  7. Losing weight fast.
Ok I am ready for it.  I know this short list has left some of you upset, perplexed, and _______.  It's time for you to fill in the blank and let me know your thoughts.  I will probably expand on my reasoning behind some of these things in another post, but for now would like to hear what you have to say.
