26.2 miles. It's a distance that I am sure I will never travel on foot, and honestly I don't really have any desire to, but it is admirable. To run a marathon is quite an accomplishment and yesterday was supposed to be a day of triumph for so many, yet it turned into a day of tragedy. I pray that America will remain a place where the only fear in running a race is the fear of not finishing. Please join me.
