Fall

This year, I am especially nostalgic about fall.  Ten years ago, I met my husband during the wonderful season of fall.  Not only did the leaves fall that year, but I fell in love with an amazing man--I am so thankful for you, Michael.

So to celebrate fall, I made a pumpkin cheesecake dip.  I served it at a playgroup party today, and thought it tasted good with apples and animal crackers.  Check out Chocolate Covered Katie for more healthy and delicious fall recipes.  By the way, did you know a serving of pumpkin has a whopping 300% of Vitamin A?!  Here is what nutrition.gov has to say about Vitamin A:
Vitamin A is important for normal vision, the immune system, and reproduction. Vitamin A also helps the heart, lungs, kidneys, and other organs work properly.
Now you have a good excuse to go make something scrumptious with pumpkin in it!
